These Terms govern the supply of all services by UK Business Doctor Ltd. By placing an order or using any service, you accept these Terms.
We supply the services described on our website, including business formation, virtual office, accounting, consulting, software and related services in the Quins Global Business Ecosystem.
Prices are displayed exclusive of VAT. Payment is due in advance unless our Pay-Later programme applies. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal and bank transfer.

We aim to commence service delivery within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment or a signed Pay-Later commitment invoice.
All bespoke deliverables (websites, business plans, brand identity) become the Customer's property upon full payment. Our trademarks, methodologies and software remain our property.
Each party will keep the other's confidential information in strict confidence and use it only for the purposes of this Agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate for material breach on 30 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately if payment is 60 days overdue.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
