Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

In line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumer customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period starting from the date of purchase, during which a full refund may be requested — provided the service has not commenced.

2. Business-to-Business Transactions

Where the customer is purchasing in the course of a business, the statutory 14-day right does not automatically apply. However, we offer a 14-day refund window for unused services as goodwill.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund where:

  • Request made within 14 days AND service has not been started
  • We have failed to deliver due to our own fault
  • A duplicate or erroneous charge has been made

4. Non-Refundable Items

Government filing fees (Companies House, HMRC, etc.), third-party costs already incurred, and services already commenced or completed are non-refundable.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email admin@ukbusinessdoctor.co.uk with your order reference. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
