Once you purchase online via our website you will be asked to complete the company application form which only takes 5 minutes on average. This will gather information such as the proposed company name, ownership structure and mail handling instructions.
Our pricing structure is clear and transparent, if at any time you change your mind and wish to cancel the service before we submit the company to Companies House you will be entitled to a full refund. If the company has been submitted to Companies House we unfortunately won’t be able to cancel the service as Companies House do not provide any facility to stop and cancel a submitted application.
